No we can't. But look at what's out there. Take an objective look at the competition. Think about how lazy, fat, stupid, poor, etc etc. the average man is. And then realize half of men are worse off than that. Work on yourself. Most men don't. I'm not saying it's easy, but it's hardly impossible. I would suggest that most men (80%?) have a reasonable chance of becoming top tier (top 20%) if they are able to focus on work on themselves. Obviously the more men wake up to this, the more competition will arise and the harder it will get.

Step 1 is recognizing reality - as laid out by the data in that article, and many other sources including quite likely your own experience. Step 2 - you have a choice. You can rant, rave, get angry at how unfair the world is OR you can take meaningful action. Everyone has this choice, regardless of your starting point. Yes some will face a much easier road. That's life.
