Things literally changed post 2012 with social media/online dating and 4th wave feminism

If you look back almost everything that is going on right now started either in 2012 or a year or two after/before

sexual competition is what drives capitalism. think about much less people would go out and buy things to increase their SMV and status if people didn't need any of that to attract mates

majority of men complaining are likely afraid of rejection, dont put themselves out there by approaching in person and staying off apps, and would rather fap/game than play a numbers game that is necessary to meet people these days.

This is the biggest myth in the world. There is not some black and white separation of women on apps and women not on apps.

I am indian and let me tell you, being indian is actually a great thing. we have beautiful people and we have ugly people. just like any race. I for 1 am a great person, have great friends, and i take care of every one that is in my life and i am glad to do it, and for that i have people that love me around me. also, indian parents are one of the best parents you can have. sometimes they can be really strict, but they will take care of you no matter what, and they will buy you what ever it is that you need. as long as your not a selfish ****head. Also, we all have great jobs, lots of money and a family that we all love and take care off.

Skimmed the article. Dunno that there's anything too mind-blowing in there, but the article does a good job of bringing a lot of things about modern dating woes together and considering both men's and women's woes.

Couldn’t be more wrong. Melvin the future doctor in that case would have been getting laid in med school, pre med in college, and science club in high school


Instead who do women like in high school? The jock. Not only that, but the QB and maybe basketball and baseball players.

Who do they like in college? The frat star at the best house with access to parties. Not the smartest kids per say


Early 20s? Maybe a little more focus, but still falling in love with the broke traveler, the guitar player, the artist, etc

Doesn’t get until really mid to late 20s where they care about “future” and by “future” they mean earnings potential


Look at the stages of life for women and you won’t see consistency in what they want. The frat star often has a beer gut. The athlete often has no care for academic future (not always, stereotypes), the big earner at 30 often isn’t physically attractive


The only consistency is that they want what is high on the status chart right that moment. They are awful at future planning

It's the reader’s task to understand the vocabulary. In either case, of course, there can be obfuscation but that's bad writing, or imprecise thought, or both. Primary fallacy with this argument is that you are assuming sloots have access to crystal balls that tell them that broke nerd in their bio 101 class plans to be a doctor, much less with the aptitude and work ethic to get into med school and complete residency.

Sloots just go for looks anyway. It’s a flat out lie that they want average + intelligence and career status unless the guy is a legit genius in the top 1% of his field globally
