Why would this go to court? The state senate runs the election, not courts. It's entirely up to them to decide if the results need to be decertified. And that's why liberals are really upset about this.

And again, they weren't drawing conclusions, they were highlighting discrepancies, that were concerning, and publicly asking Maricopa County to explain them or provide the subpoena'd resources that would reconcile whatever they found.
