I was under the impression people with the vaccines will spread the virus less (as they're asymptomatic they won't be coughing, sneezing as much ect). But they're not immune? I would imagine deaths won't be as high as your last large outbreak due to the amount of people you have vaccinated?

That was the thinking and it applied before Delta. The current vaccines weren't made for Delta. They offer some protection but not what people had hoped. Deaths should be lower this time around due to vaccination BUT given that many states are hesitant to take safety measures again, it is very possible that we will see a surge of infections and deaths. You still get the virus, it’s just that your body has already been prepared on how to fight it so you get less symptoms and quicker recovery (read less transmittable time) . Your body’s ability to fight it does not affect your ability to spread, as a symptomatic people have proven. The end goal is to lower deaths and severe symptoms. The vaccine isn’t going to completely stop the spread but the vaccine can make the spread risk irrelevant.
