I'm not getting calls where they're trying to scam me. They're not selling anything when they call me It's fake calls using an alias name I used to criticize the government.

Sometimes they just call me and ask me to confirm information, such as my name or email or something like that. It's usually inquiries asking if I'm selling a home or saying "Hi is this (alias name)?" and they'll just keep repeating that if I say who are you. They'll never give the name of a company either when I ask them who they're with

I had a woman drive up to me one time and ask me if my name was (alias name). I had a random dude in public one time say my real name then make a gesture imitating what I was doing.

I'm definitely a paranoid person but people who put it beyond the U.S. government to fuk with their own citizens, sometimes for seemingly no good reason, aren't schooled well in our intelligence agencies histories or in denial about it. Usually the former unfortunately

Edit-at least half to two thirds of the calls on my phone are spam. Srs. Most times they don't answer when I pick up which is super fukking annoying. The rest of the time it's some bullschit scam-I've had some weird sounding law enforcement "charities" hit me up for donations and crap too. Anyway, I'm pretty sure the times I don't answer they want you to not answer so they can leave a voicemail for you to call them back.

No crime scene photos, no blood stain photos even, no wounded children survivors (unprecedented in a mass shooting. when is there ever no wounded survivors?), supposedly an autistic kid gunned down a classroom full of children in like 5 minutes which would have required a certain level of skill and training to do, ambulances were blocked off by parent cars so they couldn't even take victims to the hospital, NOBODY taken to hospital, no homicides labeled by FBI in Newton, Connecticut that year where shooting took place, Sandy Hook victim homes were PURCHASED BY THE GOVERNMENT on Christmas or New years day, 2010 or 2011 I believe when it was a federal holiday and things were closed), supposedly the school had been shut down for remodeling far in advance, they destroyed the school not long after the shooting, and then the dubious parent/teacher survivor stories i.e. Robbie Parker.

I would highly doubt it's a government agency trying to contact you. Yes they have ways of tracking chit, but you and how many other thousands of people probably said the same sort of things online around the time. The odds that they'd target you over that are pretty small. And if they did, they wouldn't be doing it by essentially trolling you with spam calls to your cell phone .

It's probably just spam calls from spoofed phone numbers from Indian call centers and chit like that. Spam calls have become absurdly common among U.S. cell phone customers over the past few years. They've replaced the telemarketers of old after a solid decade+ or so we had as a break from that bullchit once landlines went the way of the dodo.

The mistake you're making is the fact you, per your own post, claim to admit that you occasionally answer these calls. I know they often spoof numbers to make them have the same area code as your own phone number, but you can still combat it quite a bit. Personally, I set up a voicemail without a voice recording of my own on it, and I let random callers I don't recognize drop me a voicemail to get back to them. If they don't leave a voicemail, then it certainly wasn't important. You can also learn to recognize patterns in spoof call phone numbers, and base answering random numbers on whether you're kind of expecting a call from a place, and such.

You want to minimize contact with them at all costs. Anytime you answer a bullchit spam/spoof number caller, you verify to their system that you are a real person/active phone number. If you suspect the call *might* be bullchit, then let it go to voicemail (don't reject the call right away, just silence the ring until it goes voicemail). If you do mistakenly answer a bs call, simply hang up as soon as you realize they're bs. Whatever you do, do not verbally engage with a random assshole that has no real business with you when you realize such. Just hang up and be done with it.

American cell phones have been inundated with spoofed spam calls from India and other 3rd world nations for a few years now. There is no rhyme or reason for it. Some purchase phone numbers from third party data providers. Other robocallers just dial every random number imaginable. I’ve gotten calls for an extended auto warranty I don’t have, automatic voicemails in mandarin, Indian guys asking for my full name. These are not deep state agents, just incompetent scammers.
