For me, it means the vaccine is simply not worth it. Younger people don't need it. I won't take it until I NEED to to travel, exercise rights, etc.

But, maybe I feel differently about older people, because they are the ones actually dying from COVID.

if youre above 70, obese, or have serious health conditions like kidney disease or lung cancer you should get it.

if youre in the gym 5 days a week, eat healthy, and have no serious health conditions all youre doing is putting something in your body that outweighs the benefits with associated risks.

Iโ€™m not anti-vax. I dont give a **** if people take it or not. Iโ€™M just not taking it cause I dont need it. If ma or grandma wants to take it, they can knock themselves out. If there does turn out to be long term side effects they may not be around long enough to experience them anyway.

Yes.. I would also tell my parents not to be guinea pigs , esp at their age. Chances of blood clots is pretty high and older people are already at a much higher chance of having atherosclerosis, which is a really bad combination.

I wouldn't get it but my family lives in another country.

If I travel to see them I would most likely get it.

But I won't visit them for at least a year, possibly 2 due to the following reasons:

- I am 24-years-old and healthy and currently live like a hermit as I am very busy

- vaccine safety data will be richer 2 years from now

- Covid-19 dust can be settled by then in terms of infection rate

- I can't be ****ed to travel and have friends bitching I don't go out with them (have to schedule time with everyone)

- taking the vaccine does not guarantee immunity so if I go to the airport (huge traffic), inside a plane with people I am still putting myself at an increased risk
