well yeah i mean like any product you buy you should vet it out first. You can check with highly reputable CBD companies that have been selling cbd for years and have inspected facilities and standardized doses, they pretty much all now are starting to sell delta 8. I wouldnt advice going to the gas station and buying whatever delta 8 gummies or cartridges they are selling you there.

if you are doing anything because smoking some organic flower, you getting some synthetic ingredients.

you realize even lab tested dispensary d9 carts ALL have synthetic ingredients right?

therein lies the premise of my original post ITT. buying delta 8 is like placing good faith in gas station dink enhancement supplements

I've said before that if you arent growing your own organic chit, it is likely to have synthetic additives (i.e., flavor and marketable high differentials)

you arent even disputing my argument about d8 with d9 point, so I assume you have exhausted talking points in the way of devaluing my points about delta 8

Lot of autism circulating this thread. I’ve tried it and it’s the real deal without such extreme anxiety like d9. I do not partake in devils lettuce any more, not since I was a kid so it hit me hard. I tried a tincture from botanical remedies. It was too strong for my liking

bruh most pesticides are FDA approved otherwise the crops they yield wouldnt be allowed to be mass distributed by grocery stores. there are levels to the regulation of products when it comes to mass distribution to public in terms of health saftey. meanwhile experimental pre-workouts are using non-FDA approved ingredients to skirt MDAA regulation

yeah but like i said in the rest you can vet them based on them having a previous business record with selling CBD. Most CBD comapanies arent selling CBD because they hate THC. Most are very familiar with THC and growing THC and just started selling CBD because its legal and they can make legit profits off of it vs illegitimate risky THC. So those people know their sht and will also deliver you quality delta 8 more than likely. And then when your state makes THC legal, same thing. If you have ever been to a headshop in a legal state you would know there is a MAJOR difference in where you buy your stuff from and the experienced people will always tell you the preferred establishments with much more quality of products.

you're extremely ignorant yet talk like an authortive figure

let me enlighten you on some quick knowledge real quick

1)the fda does not approve nor determine what pesticides are legal, that's the EPA.

2) both are federal agency's, as to whichneitherdo any testing onany federally illegal substances. let that one sink in for a sec

so you deny there are a multitude of synthetic unregulated ingredients added to delta 8 to make it legal in states that haven't yet legalized dispensary grade marijuana?

regardless, pesticides in mass consumables are regulated by multi billion dollar agencies. of course they arent expending any of that budget on a progressive non-food source consumable such as delta-8 that is primarily sold in gas stations

Nothing like arguing about different cannabinoids. Only on the misc. Also why are we focusing so hard on the FDA? Isn’t the FDA responsible for thepoisonsthat run rampant in all of our mass produced foods? The samepoisonsthat are illegal to be in food products in other countries? So why are we acting like the FDA is keeping people healthy with their “regulations”

no, no regardless lets no skip over the fact you don't even know what fckin agency's are in charge of pesticides or thatthere is no fckin federal agency in charge of regulating the chit, meaning it is state by state, each state has different laws and they are allvery vague.

now whats going to really blow your mind is when you look at how the testing is done and how these companies look for the ****tiest labs to test their product

but there's no point in trying to argue, you're a dense son of a bitch

Thanks for this. I saw a lawn sign advertising Delta 8 today and was wondering what it was. Heard about this from someone I know awhile back. I think he screwed the name up. Putting 2 and 2 together now. Some gummies sound just right.

yeah I dont deny that federal agencies have ulterior interests in mind when establishing regulations. but if you truly think they are being bribed by the agricultural industry in this aspect purely for profit then god help you.

this is about delta 8 and the theoretical (or factual) synthetics added that might have adverse affects on individuals, not pesticide regulations on relatively healthy crops

Ddelta-8 generally has delta-9 in it so you're getting the same effects.

The gummies i tried were as potent as legal cannabis, yet it's somehow legal (for now). Can confirm take a small dose (10mg) and see how it goes.
When the group used a private lab to test 16 delta-8 THC products purchased in California, Florida, Nevada, Texas, Michigan, Massachusetts, North Carolina and Indiana, all but one sample contained illicit delta-9 THC. A few also contained heavy metals.

and if it does? you used a legal product and did not violate any policies

a drug test is simply 1 fallible measure to assess if someone is breaking policies

A company is going to be in for a bit of trouble for firing an employee for the specific reason of drug use if they did not use any illegal drugs and its not a substance mentioned in their policy manuals
