I sleep fine with or without it. With it i get to sleep in 5 min as opposed to 10 min, dont wake up during the night ever and get up non-drowsy EVERY SINGLE DAY. It is GOAT.

magnesium if pretty good, just don't take the laxitive one. bought 'em because i wasn't getting enough mag in my diet, found out it makes a damn good sleep aid

l-threonate or sucrosomial magnesium don't have strong laxities effects and work well for inducing sleep imo

Go ask you pcp for Quetiapine .. I have an rx for 50mg, but I have to split it in half if I want to wake up before noon the next day. Strong stuff, and one of the better sleep rx I've taken. Others will leave you groggy as fuk but this one doesn't.

Never had an issue falling asleep, but always had issues staying asleep through the night without waking up a million times.

Now I take ZMA and 5-HTP before bed and I'm out like a rock.
