didn't watch video but it has been long known that Zyzz died from od, but it was accidental not intentional. Don't remember anything about nose job from reliable sources but it has been almost a decade since then and I might have forgotten.

Yes, Zyzz had a reputation for consuming every pill & powder there was (never alcohol as it's a gains goblin). But the reality was that he was confirmed trying to B&C at extreme levels. Like no cycling, just permanently remain at crazy levels. The heart can't handle that. Occam's razor really is the best answer to this - Zyzz's heart was in a constant state of fatigue due to all the stress he put on it, and ultimately the stress of a routine sauna session was the straw that broke the camel's back.

His nose looks normal to me. I can't imagine he'd get plastic surgery done when his nose looked like that
