Has anyone made significant gains while doing Intermittent fasting?
I'm doing the typical 16-8 window not for the purpose of making gains, but more for overal health. Anyone did something similar and still made good gains?

Fasting is good for fat oxidation. But barley.
Can’t train fasted. I’ll have low energy and can’t lift as much.
I eat 2-3 eggos and have a scoop of protein as my pre workout.
Fasting Probably negative performance wise to try to make gains.
But if you can train fasted without your lifts taking a hit then that works too.
Just do whichever works for you bro. The big thing that will get you gains is eating clean. Eating enough and training hard and consistent

It’s just a fad diet
Don’t fall into the hype
I did IF and it destroyed my metabolism. Starving yourself by the time you workout = less energy and motivation
Any benefits that people derive from it are all psychological and placebo
Just eat normal meals like a normal human being
