I dont think it makes that much difference between the two attraction wise, however the swimmer's physique just takes some good genetics plus hard work/discipline, yet Mike's takes a bit more if yanamsayin.

Something that I don't think has been mentioned is that women have an innate gift to be able to smell insecurity on a guy from a mile away. Guys will typically turn to gear as a way to try to compensate but despite the change in outward appearances they're no less insecure (and often times even more so) and this factor alone will turn women off.

I am the only bodybuilder in my social circle, so let's eliminate your assumption of that scenario being the only reason I would have the following perception -
I bodybuild simply because i like lifting and like how i look due to lifting. no insecurities involved. I have gotten attention from plenty of women who know nothing of or care anything about bodybuilding. You simply stand out from other guys, and usually not in a negative way, as long as you aren't an outright tool or have a jacked up face.

If there are a lot of women who don't like it, I wouldn't know, because I have gotten enough attention from others to not have noticed.

I don't even know why SS is trying to define a social circle as though things are only that way within that social circle. Professional athletes hang around other professional athletes and professional athletes find them attractive, that doesnt mean other people who are not athletes don't also find them very attractive.

And that’s all it takes. Zyzz was pretty much as big as a guy should get and he was slightly to big for many woman. Teenage girls probably would like bigger but once a girl is in their 20’s they don’t care as much and prefer a guy at 15%bf rather than 8%

this. Being good looking, young, and jacked on social media is just an easy money grab. No matter how jacked 90% of your fans get, they will never reach your level because of the odds they lack the facial aesthetics.
