What mental deficiency is necessary to post the same topic repeatedly on forums srs

I'm not familiar with this area of psychology where people repeat the same things over and over incessantly for consecutive days, weeks, months to no real end srs

Is it textbook insanity?

Regarding clownworld, watch any movie from the '80s-'90s and I challenge you to find one that does not have a single scene that can be cancelled. Some movies entire characters and storylines will probably be deleted from history. Now that our world is more sterile, humorless, and politically correct today than any time in history, are people feeling more or less at peace? That's clown world for me. I wouldn't live in any other time, but the amount of "suffering" some of these people imagine upon themselves is wearisome.
