Rand Paul - Fauci debate interesting observation

How come Rand Paul he has brown eyes in this clip? And quite unnaturally shiny brown as well.



when he's naturally blue eyed?






Looks like those "conspiracy theories" that were pointing out that during the Trump Biden debates they were wearing smart contact lenses were not so crazy.
