The clubs have completely different goals tho
Utd aiming for the pl and ucl
Arsenal probably aiming for the europa league spots, dont think they'll make ucl tbh

we'll see. top 6 would be good for arsenal. top 4 would be amazing. arsenal have a lot of young talent and despite having a meme level season only finished 6 points off the top 4

man utd under ole will never amount to much imo. they can keep throwing money at the problem but they're honestly just not that good imo.

I had never heard of him. But he looks like a good signing based on that video. Those long passes are pretty legit.

Arsenal surely aim for ucl spots.

I think they need a 10, unless Odegaard returns for another year.

United need a ST and DM. Ole is not bad. He's probably good enough to compete with a star striker and dm along with the current players.

i was suprised they were in for a cb, but watching the slow build up and lack of ball progression last season, i get it now

he's got everything arsenal were looking for to replace luiz.

tho a cm to replace xhaka is vital tho

arsenal finished 8th last season, we'd take top 6. top 4 would be realistically best case scenario for arsenal fans. most fans think top 4 is out of the question; but without thursday night europe it'll be way fukn easier to do imo.

getting a 10 is important if esr gets injured sine he's literally the only fukn player that can play there (willian is an option but not a good one)

I'm not super familiar. Surely Odegaard or Aouar are big step ups from ESR?

tbh, i think a lot of poeple would say yes, maybe no big, but step ups

but i dont think so, i mean esr outshone odergaard last season anyway when they both played

aouar had a poor season in france

meanwhile esr had a banger of a half season and honestly looks like the real deal, like a potentially world class AM in the making

Arsenal are not going to sign a big name because they are not competing for any euro silverware this year. They should wait till next season to sign a big name player and use this season to actually develop their football on the pitch. They look like lost children out there. I mean hell they got beat by some no name team in a preseason friendly. Jus wtf arsenal. Been a fan since 06 when I saw thierry henry play.

Agreed. Esr is def what arsenal need. Odegaard really didn't have much of a presence on the field. A good pass here and there, but nothing that they should have even considered paying 60m for. Arsenal still have partey in the midfield who can play both sides of the ball. They need to work on the attack around partey and esr. Especially in transition. With pepe on the receiving end, they could bag a lot of goals. If they ever do sign a mid, it should be graelish. Imagine partey anchoring with graelish and esr pushing forward in a 433.
