Sounds like some kind of phucked up heart issues started this. Once again a case where someone with some specific serious pre-existing health issues catches covid and this gets treated like it's something generally effecting everybody who gets a vaccine. It also said that she only got the vaccine a few days before contracting covid, meaning the vaccine couldn't have gone into effect. This sounds like a case of covid kickstarting a more serious underlying health issue.

This is all or nothing fallacy. The vaccine still provides a substantial benefit in terms of reducing spread and severity of disease. It doesn't have to be perfect. We have useful tools in the form of vaccines and masks. Use them.

I actually have to agree with wincel on this, as much as it pains me to say that. The vaccine is the same as all vaccines really, a small number of exceptions can have a bad reaction but the vast majority of people are benefited by it. This is generally how everything works in medicine.

The vakkks causes the fukked up heart issues. In many people, the spike protein replicates in organs and when you're exposed to a bug next, your immune system attacks anything with a spike protein...

Obviously you would have to have this very specific underlying issue for that to happen, and catching covid days after the vaccine is a very important fact not to be dismissed. Considering the nature of covid is isn't unreasonable to suggest that caused the issues.

People can die from over the counter meds under similar conditions.

how is it proven to provide substantial benefits specifically in terms of reducing spread if spread started increasing in correlation to more people being vaccinated?????

I am not saying the vaccine causes more cases, but I would think a sharp rise in cases when cases have been dropping for months and months would show the vaccine in fact is not as substantial as a benefit in terms of reducing spread as it was foretold to be.

Please explain how masks are useful for viruses again.

So let me get this straight, vaxxcels are willing to accept a 0.1% serious adverse reaction rate for a disease that has a 0.1% death rate.

you are missing the point

first off, why am I going to get a vaccine for something that has very low chance of symptoms worse than a cold for me and extremely extremely low instance of death.
Second, why am I going to get one that was slapped together in an emergency situation with emergency authorization where we are literally guinea pigs when the first off thing I stated is the case.
Third, if this vaccine is protective against the Delta variant, why are cases spiking rapidly? If more people are being vaccinated rapidly, and it protects against the delta variant, then we should not be seeing massive spikes in cases. The truth is its a very childlike first go at a vaccine that later will possibly be worth taking, but if its anything like the flu vaccine and its just a booster I have to take every year, I will pass. I choose to continue living my life without taking a shot every year to possibly ward off a minor illness.

Name one vaccine or medication that was mandated in order to participate in this many sectors of society. We are dealing with new levels of paranoia and control and for something with severe risks for an illness that's widely minor for healthy groups, hence the pushback.

its very interesting how this idea just doesnt click in some peoples minds.

IDK if they just have such an unreasonable fear of Covid and think its something way worse than it is, which would make a vaccine being pushed this much make sense or if they are just that susceptible to influence and listening to authority without question.
