I'm gonna go ahead and say Sylvio
I think the way he was portrayed was just too over the top, couldn't take him seriously. Also the fact that he always seemed like a lil bitch trying to impress/agree with Tony

Artie was actually one of the best characters. He had some of the best lines. Every character served a purpose that’s what made the show brilliant.

i found richie aprile to be annoying for his time on the show, although i think part of that was his character and the fact he was always a dick...janice is up there though

Good point. He's a musician so his acting wasn't on the level for a show like that. They tried to give him a minimal amount of lines and just have him sit there mean mugging most of the time but he still looked awkward.

I didn't put AJ because he's a teenager through the whole series. His whole purpose is to be a pain in the ass.

Christopher has the world by the balls and screws up everything he puts his hands on. He complains about everything. He has a smoking hot girlfriend and he treats her like garbage. He gets a little power and then acts like he's Consigliere or Boss. If he wasn't Tony's nephew (or cousin or whatever) he would have never been a Caporegime and probably would have been put down way sooner.

Janice is the worst. Even the way she walks is annoying af.
