No Wipe?

Does no wipe actually increase test gains? I've read a lot of positive experiences about test increase after starting no wipe, but I haven't seen any peer reviewed studies.

Can anyone confirm if no wipe increases test? If so, how long should I expect to wait before I see a difference?

-Ups testosterone
-Repels enemies
-Stronger scent attracts more women
-Cost-effective
-Lower effort, quicker chits

Those are just some of the benefits I could think of off the top. Been on no wipe for 10 months so far

Sounds like he wasn't getting a "clean pinch". Comes down to technique. I've been practicing, and so far every time i go to wipe the toilet paper is clean after so I think I've got it down. Don't see why we insist on wiping when literally every wild animal is able to **** and get a clean pinch and not have to wipe. Just lol at toilet papercels

with a clean diet no wipe is definitely achievable

Day 1, may just be the placebo effect, but I definitely feel like I have more energy.

After downing my morning coffee, I went to "take care of business", it was pretty explosive, but I was confident in my technique and executed well.

I always hear wipecels at the gym telling the trainers, "why can't I gain muscle." Then they have to go through the usual lesson that all of us heard way back in our early teens. Not that I have ever pooped even once. Hippies on the other hand, they poop and I blame them.

Update: Second poop of the day wasn't as successful as the first. I know I had the posture down as I've spent hours perfecting it and know the muscle memory is deeply engrained at this point, but when I went to clinch at the tip of the log my sphinchter muscles spasm'd instead of contracting and I didn't get a clean pinch.

A little itchy rn, but I guess that's part of the process. Definitely noticing the gains already. Flipping through the channels and some 5.5/10 on QVC had a low cut top on, so I tuned in and within 30 seconds I had a full on rager. Definitely feel more energy too.
