Is 5:30-6am a good time to wake up?

What time does misc wake up? I leave the house about 8:15 some days and 7:35 others. Im touch starved so usually end up having 20 minute showers. I wanna start cooking myself breakfast instead of doing OMAD all day until 8pm. Thoughts?

I think 90 minutes is plenty of time to get up and get ready to start the day in a leisurely manner.
