I was just on a work call with 80 people about this topic and it was..... LIT.
I work in the south, everyone was talking like a miscer. it was so lit that even i chimed in. I talked about how we're pushing the vaccine as an end all be all, but people are still getting the delta strain. said how i can look around this company and see dozens of obese to morbidly obese people and how they're the most vulnerable to the greatest side effects and death. i literally said "i will walk around work on a break and see 2000lbs between just a handful of people. i bashed them on how they replaced all of the food at the "health counter" with foods that have, at minimum 20g of added sugar and potato chips. said i spend 5 minutes finding a snack that has little to no added sugar then end up walking away because they're catered to junk food consumers.
finally i told him that it sounds crazy that they're giving the covid rates in the company telling us how it's spreading within the company yet we're working in the office. we were just remote for an entire year, but they don't know how to curb cases without promoting a vaccine?
Must've made an impact because the person who put it on called me after and we talked for an additional 30 minutes. he said "im being told to promote the vaccine, but just so you know you and i see eye to eye. then we bs'd about this topic. basically told me they called him up 30 minutes before this big meeting and he had no choice but to read off of the teleprompter. he himself never rec'd the vaccine and said that he believes healthy eating and proper vitamin supplementation is all that is needed. said that herd immunity is the only way forward etc. all in all still loling at the phone call.
it was absolute chaos. people were saying if we move forward with mandating the vaccine they're quitting on the spot.

IIRC the vaccine contains propolene glycol (PG) which a lot of people can be allergic to. Say you are at high risk of adverse reactions and so you have been advised by a medical professional not to get the jab. That's my plan anyway srs

But the police can still give you a ticket in that 20 mph zone. Are you wearing the seatbelt or nah and making your life difficult with extra fines for something insignificant?
