It's not a totally bad if you're tracking the market waiting for some sort of reversal. It's those who throw their hands up, slap another death date on btc, and run off off into the sunset. Then later come back when cnbc proclaims that btc is the next best thing. Lawd Jesus

This is going to be interesting because we have this decent new trend with ETH hype on the way (8/4 release I believe).

Any thoughts on why FTX's Open interest data looks different to other exchanges open interest?

FTX perps is the only contract which has seen massive increase in open interest while all other exchange perps have not really moved that much.

Community is super corny if you over saturate yourself in the youtubes, discords, etc. Find the 2 or 3 projects that you truly believe in and LIVE them rain or shine. If there's one thing crypto has taught me since i bought my first ETH for $30 on Coinbase, is that all agenuineproject with utility needs is time.

People would kill to buy ETH for $300 now, and it was just at that price this time a year ago. Remember when NEMbrah was shilling back in 2016 or so? It was 0.005, and peaked as high as 0.70 this year. That's turning 1k into 140k by doing nothing other than holding. QNT brah did the same thing, i started buying in when they spread to more reputable exchanges. And now i'm collecting CRO hand over fist just living day to day with their debit card returns and reinvesting it into Earn. It's going to come out to huge returns when CRO inevitably moves to $1+

Decided to make some defi moves after a couple months on the sidelines....****ing gas prices are still ridiculous. I was expecting it to be a fraction of what it had been in Q1 this year. EIP 1559 better fix this bs. And I'm speaking as a miner too. Can't take defi seriously with gas prices like these. It makes old guard entities like wire transfers and credit card companies seem efficient.

Just lol if you aren’t enjoying the privilege of paying $80 to $250 to move money.

Agreed 100% with you.

Just buying and holding would've been so much better for many.

The best performing portfolios were those that were deceased and could not access said portfolios.

Using the Crypto.com card for all purchases and just letting the CRO stack up since I am still a wage cuck.

Binance banning futures and derivatives in all of Europe. If this keeps up it will only be the name that keeps them up. Whoever can make the shadiest company that lets US users and Europe trade on leverage illegally will take a huge market share

Binance is completely done. The only way they can compete now is to lower fees enough to get people to stay / switch over. Zero value innovation outside of that aspect.

I bought more ETH at 1750. Thankfully i was up late during that dip and caught it a few weeks ago. That being said, Algo and Cardano seem so much better overall. ETH fees are just fuking outrageous. Hope 1559 helps with that. Algo is so smooth and quick. Plus their wallet staking is so easy. Not sure how governance will shake out for ALGO though.

I feel like the only person in the world who wasn't participating in leveraged crypto trading. The only "shady" part of binance i used were simply accessing the alt coins that weren't available to binance.us like xrp, reef, and some others. Surely i wasn't the only one? I think Binance will be fine.

That said, it's yet another reason i'm bullish on crypto.com, been following the letter of the law from day one. They don't even have a US Exchange at the moment because they're making sure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed. Releasing a US exchange alone might be enough to send CRO to $1.

There were a couple projects that had insane pumps from the dip namely VET, Algo, and QNT.

CZ got waaay too over confident about being able to keep the regulatory arbitrage scheme going. Heard a story about Binance offering token versions of stocks in companies. Binance was flouting their flouting.

Cardano hasn't done a damn thing with their project. No meaningful product. For years. just like Tezos.

That's the thing Binance US has a ****ty selection. Why would I use them over something like Voyager or even cuckbase? Their marketshare is getting rugged and it's actually quite fitting given the nature of BSC scams.

This is the fakest pump ever. It’s been all big whales pushing the price up. Almost no retail is buying. Daily RSI at 73. Everytime it’s gotten to that level outside of December to January it’s dumped 30-40%.
