Parents commercial property is worth around 10 million now

They purchased it for 2 mil around 15 years ago. I'm entitled to half in the inheritance. Do i just go NEET now??

Too bad if you sell it your dollar will basically be decimated by inflation.

Smarter to hold it and leverage your equity for other investments, all while receiving income (assuming it’s generating income which I imagine it is if it’s worth 10mil).

Edit: that is assuming you can afford to keep it after paying whatever inheritance tax you owe. I’d speak to a lawyer/cpa now and try to somehow get your name on it or get it in a trust to avoid getting wiped out by taxes.

income is around 15k a month after expenses
