35% of American adults are not current on payments with foreclosure/eviction likely
https://www.census.gov/data-tools/de...sures=EVICTFOR
THIRTY. FIVE. PERCENT.
of American adults live in households not current on rent or mortgage where eviction or foreclosure in the next two months is either very likely or somewhat likely.
Just phuckking LOL at anyone who purchased a house in the past 6 months.

Must be nice for people like you. What did your dad do with the extra money he had from not paying rent like a scumbag?
Entire NYPD should go on strike. You'll see then how quickly the mayor changes his tone.

Seems too high…how reliable is this data?
I’d have guessed 10-20% but 35% sounds like an absolute collapse

But nonetheless if you took a haircut from the lowest error margin of 50% it’s still approaching 20% foreclosure/eviction rate

Being overly optimistic as usual
Real estate isn’t gonna collapse , if it does your dollar will be so useless it won’t matter and 90% probably won’t be working with a recession of that magnitude
Lol if you think the banks aren’t gonna keep bleeding people dry for their money and manipulate the markets to keep interest low
Collapse is good for corporations to come in and buy all the property but not for the banks lmao
They want their 900k for that shack not 300k after a collapse

The number doesn't surprise me. Most renters probably are staying home and getting guvment money still. They believe that Biden won't let them get evicted so they figure "why pay?" and have just blown the money not realizing that eventually it will run out. Good luck as a landlord at getting a year plus of back rent from poor people.
Not moral, but I could almost understand if someone put that rent money aside this whole time to save a down payment on a house. But more likely it was spend on junk food, weed, OnlyFans, Alcohol, expensive clothes, etc.

So, the extra unemployment, stimuluses, all that money shelled out, what is the result/ Obviously a failure. Most people were spending the money on other things. They spent it on booze, weed, and door dash.
If anyone thinks that UBI (Universal basic income) was a good idea, this last year has proven what would happen. People would just up their spending on wants and further ignore their needs.

New supply of houses going on the market is already starting to affect prices and we've yet to scratch the surface.
Your schtick sucks and it screams insecurity.

It's going to be a VERY slow process, and even then a 10% inventory increase may not be enough to affect prices initially. I'd say in about a year we'll see some bigger shifts.

Why pay smud if you're not getting penalized? A friend of mine threw his smud balance into crypto and 5xed it. Now he's putting it back in because smud said they won't shut off power or late fee anyone until January. Lol

1) Improving mortality of 85-9x-year-olds by 10% across 9 years
2) 20 trillion dollars to subsidize housing like other civilized nations
3) Not contracting the global economy by 1/3 with effects for 10-20 years for every actual participant in civilization
In that order.
Flatten the curve to save every single 97-year-old before you ask for government policy to solve 70% of relevant features for quality of life.
