You'll never be an F-35 pilot in 2034
Sitting in your cockpit, watching the radar, keeping radio silence
not worrying about rent, taxes, health care
only worry in life is how you're gonna degrade the Chinese IADS
you'll never kill a J-20, calling Fox 3 and having the AWACs come back and say "splash"
you'll never have a wingman around every day after work, pretend to be studying tactics together, but instead just shooting your watches
you're in your 30's now
gotta get a staff job
gotta work for a living
all the flying jobs are taken
maybe you can save up and by a C-172 one day
they have already had 84 owners before, and are usually beat to **** from 20,000 student touch-and-gos
you missed what it feels like to have not a care in the world other than landing Code1
you have missed out on being a fighter pilot

Doubt it, there's a lot of skepticism in putting those types of life and death decisions in the hands of a machine, and no ones gonna want to "fly" drones instead of a real airplane. Also if you work in a TS program or SAP you probably shouldn't be talking about it on an internet forum.

You do know that "fighter" jets are nothing more than a weapons delivery system right? All they do is delivery missiles. A ww2 fighter can keep up with an f35 easily. Just equip it with good missiles. Your gov played you.
