It's over man. If you are prone to balding, it will only get worst. Birds will start landing on you trying to make home on your head. Balls the size of almonds which you might as well lay down and milk them because you won't be using them anymore. Joint issues, slow recovery. Diet needs to be tighter than an 18 year old Asian. You should be at least making 100K my 27 or you might as well just go mop floors for a living.

Turned 30 in March, I feel great, in near the best shape of my life and I’ve got my hair for now, no reason your 30’s can’t be awesome if you take care of yourself.

Not over at all if you take care of yourself, have good income and job, and own place.

I know this is me capitulating to the misc wanna-be chad crowd here, but I think the pivotal thing is not being visited by the Norwood reaper. I'm 32 and he hasn't visited me yet, so I'm lucky.

If he's visited and mowing the edges of the your hairline, I'd do something about that.
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

depends what you did in your 20s. lots of people I know just diked off and did dumb chit and now they are fat, chit job, hate their day to day life.

If you kept up with fitness, looksmaxxing, career, and making progress through your 20s, then your 30s should actually be pretty good.

IMO what makes people go downhill fast is getting fat, you have to avoid that chit at all costs.

your tour is only over if you dont constantly strive to improve yourself and succeed at your career. focus on making money, spending it responsibly and go 100% on diet and lifting.

This it seems like if I have a night of serious drinking then I set myself back a few weeks and seem to gain lower back fat overnight, that back fat is a bitch to keep off

My 20s sucked but my 30s have been fine so far despite the covid bullsht
brb haven’t met one vaxcel who doesn’t get defensive or mad when you tell them you didn’t get it.

No “vax” for HIV after 40 years of research. No vax for cancer after 100 years of research. No vax for the common cold and yet a virus mysteriously appears and Within 12 months a “vax” is found by 4 pharma companies all within 1 week and we are mandated to take it ….

I dreaded turning 30, but overall 30s have been better than 20s.

Own property
Better paying jobs
Physically stronger and in better shape for the most part
Bigger 'lust for life'
More knowledge and wisdom e.g have read a lot of books in 30s
More appreciation of youth and the fact that the life clock is always ticking
Cook the man some eggs!

35. Barely any difference from my 20s.

If you haven't been taking care of yourself, now's the time to start.

Keep your connections. Every one of them. Check in from time to time, get together, etc. Build new ones as well.

Don't stop educating yourself.
Virtue is its own reward.

Holy chit, I thought I was the only one with joint issues as I approach 30 next year…..Is this really life? Is your body going to start hurting/aching, perpetually grinding and breaking down once you’re past 30? I always thought this chit started happening closer to 50………feels bad man…. :/

Jesus. You literally have 55 years of life left more than likely, about 1/3 through. Relax.

Getting older isn't a bad thing. Work experience, you can still land hot girls if you have good game plus target girls who like older guys. Make more money, more stable.

It's like every guy on here in their 20's thinks life is done when you're 30. I'm 46, run two businesses, get laid whenever I want and have a four bedroom house. Play sports, sing in a rock band and enjoy life. You have a ton of life left, just focus on being a really happy person doing whatever the hell you want.

Only a few months into 30 and physically its not the same, chit hurt.

Psychologically I realized its time to do things differently also. I think your approach to things will change as you feel older

What are we supposed to do when a parent dies? Srs. I've had nightmares about it, mainly about my dad who's health isn't what it was.

Ring 999 for an autopsy, ring funeral director to take the body and prepare for burial, ring lawyer to be executor to split the estate via UK law or via will, get a chit tonne of death certificates & give them to lawyer to hand out to relevant institutions

I’m mostly just waiting to die now. Welcome to the first phase of rotting.

Phase I (30-39): You have just laid down. In general you still feel pretty good. You could get back up if needed and on the occasional good day you may even have some glow return. But those days are few and far between. At some point in this phase your hair will begin to gray and your eyes will age horribly.

Phase II (40-49): You’ve been rotting for at least a decade now. Your body is officially beginning to show signs. You may be losing hair now. Women younger than 35 now call you sir and you officially look out of place at any function where younger women congregate. Your rotting accelerates as you spend more time staying in on weekends in your preferred rotting spot than going out. If you do go out, by 10 pm your yearning to lie down and rot. Rotting has become your favorite thing to do.

Phase III (50-59): Your skin has started to sag and any muscle you once had have begun to atrophy. Your rotting is on full display to the world here and you’re approaching the end. There’s now a real possibility for the first time that this will be your final phase of rotting if that’s what’s in the cards for you. Things tend to hurt a lot more on the daily and the only thing that can soothe this is lying down and rotting. Your rotting time begins to increase exponentially and you long for retirement to become a full time rotter.

Phase IV (60-69): You’re now a full time rotter thanks to retirement. Days are spent mostly in your rotting place sleeping more than the family dog. Family members will stop by to observe you in your rotting space to make sure the rotting is going as planned. Many of you will not make it past this phase. You begin picking out the location where you will rot for eternity.

Phase V (70-79): If you’re lucky enough to make it past phase IV, you enter the next phase of rotting. Phase V is often accompanied by many days rotting in doctors offices or hospitals because of “scares” that your rotting has finally taken a stranglehold. The goal has become less about living and more about extending the amount of time you get to consciously rot before the inevitable unconscious rotting consumes you. You are weak and frail, and it’s not uncommon to need assistance even to get up from your rotting location.

Phase VI (80+): Phase VI can be best characterized by semi-conscious rotting. Gone are the days of conscious rotting, but you haven’t quite entered the eternal unconscious rotting that awaits just yet. Not everyone will reach this phase. Those who do spend most of their rotting days in a fog. You don’t even have the energy to remember your non rotting days let alone simulate them to any degree. It’s possible your family won’t even let you choose your rotting spot at this phase, rather sending you off to a community of other rotters near death instead. There you will spend your final days not just in your own rot, but surrounded by the rot of many others.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Prevent all but the final phase by cycling. You may never reach the final phase however, but that is a good thing in my eyes.
Imagine being the ultimate Timothy though and dying in 2069, 1 year before science finds the cure to aging and everyone becomes immortal jfl

This is true. Late 20s and beyond you might as well get used to pinning unless you’re ok being another soyboy
