Marcell Jacobs from Italy the new worlds fastest man?
Did everyone hear about him winning the 100m dash record that hasn’t been broken since 2004.
Is he the new bearer of the fastest man title? Or does it still stick with Usain Bolt over his accomplishments done during the 2000s? Anyone really keep up and understand the culture of who the claim to being the fastest would go to?

"Quiet boy! Where is your honor?.. Like all pure blooded Saiyans, Kakarot would rather die fighting than win with one of those disgraceful senzu beans as his crutch. Kakarot trained in the hyperbolic time chamber just as we did; now let's see what he can do."

Bolt ran in the 2017 WC and finished 3rd. He did not compete in the 2019 WC. He won the 2016 Olympics.

The competition counts for the title, not the record.
Jacobs' 9.80 +0.1 makes him the 8th fastest man, all time, by adjusted record times. (Bolt, Powell, Gay, Blake, Gatlin, Coleman, Greene)
The modern times use these new spring spikes from Nike, so lots of people want to discount a little from the time.
