Dr Mark Gordon's covid stack, anyone on it?

first heard about it on the JRE podcast and have been doing it since the new year

was pretty much doing it inadvertently before that minus the quercetin and lipo****l vitamin C

high dose vitamin D3 (based on blood work, he wants you to be between 80-100)
quercetin
zinc
lipo****l C
dhea

no masks at my gym since the pandemic started, roll jiujitsu with a bunch of sweaty dudes, work in a dirty environment where most of my coworkers have had it WHILE i've been around them. no issues.

stay fit and healthy and importantly NOT FAT
exercise and get out in the sunshine/daylight
eat good nutritious food
vit d, C, Zinc. K2 moderate supplements not a replacement for food

you will very likely catch it at some point possibly without knowing you even had it, however the above will affect the impact it has on you

if you are old or FCKd already consider taking the shot

Been on an antiviral stack without even knowing it since before Covid. NAC, D3, pterostilbene daily, occasional quercetin for a few years. Covid came around and oh look, nearly everything I needed for prevention I already had. Nice.

Everyone should take D, C and Zinc as a general rule. Most need some form of Omega 3 as well, so that's a good addition. I also take B12 and Ginseng.

This plus workout daily, sunMAXX, and eat beef organs weekly. There's your mental health, physical health, and also mega doses of vit D from a reputable source (the Sun), and zinc, etc (liver).

I don't do those things because of covid though lol. Just live your life unless you're >70 w/ 3 underlying health issues.

Why take C if it's so plentiful in fruit?

This can be said about any vitamin, lol. Eat real foods, nose-to-tail style, and you'll get everything you need. Go into the sun, etc.

been taking a good multi, vit d and vitamin c this whole time, along with exercise and half decent diet.

also started taking Zyrtec once a day after learning it MAY help prevent severe COVID, something I would imagine I'm low risk for anyway. But because i suffer from seasonal allergies, may as well take it. If i was to come down with COVID, I'd immediately begin taking Pepcid AC twice a day along with the Zyrtec (and supps above).
