Besides my gf I've known for 8 years and my step dad and grandparents i really have nobody to talk to i just work in a room alone and listen to heavy metal all day lift play pc and repeat

As for the people who say "white man bad" is the reason white dudes are offing themselves more than others, why was this the case in '99? There was no twitter lynch mob, super woke PC culture at that time, yet white men were edging out Native men at that time by 0.4%.

As far back as 1950, white male suicide rates were high.

Don't be unreasonable. First things first white men have always been more likely to commit suicide, even before woke culture came about.
Despite everything the media is saying and how "woke" this country is becoming the overwhelming majority of successful people are in fact white men. I'm not saying that to blame white men or excuse the poor decisions of those who aren't, but you have not lost any of the advantages that matter in life...yet. All that stuff is in your head the same way me limiting myself because of race would be.

It's hard to say why they commit more suicide. I'm sure a lot of it has to do with a combination of the feeling of failed potential when you have every tool required to succeed, lack of emotional support or understanding from parents who have their own issues, and inability to deal with life trauma after being coddled your whole life (for the middle/upper class ones that off themselves). With all of the other needs fulfilled, the mental issues are the ones that hurt the most. These are the hardest to face without the right support which can lead to suicide. Minorities deal with some of the same issues but suicide seems to be less culturally acceptable than other negative outlets.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.
