Is it normal to start getting random aches and pains as you approach 30???

Srs wtf is this chit I feel like my body is starting to disintegrate.

It started at around 28 with discomfort in my knees after standing for any prolonged period (now I can’t do heavy squats or else they literally feel like they’re gonna snap)……now my elbow joints get hurt so easily from heavy curls, my neck is in a perpetual state of pain and discomfort, my lower back is the same…this really dull stabbing pain when stretching (but not immobilizing), joint pain in fingers when using force, and I can no longer maintain any awkward position for longer than a minute without random parts in my body hurting…also can’t sleep on my stomach anymore because my spine wakes up fuarrked.

Either I got the shaft from genetics or this is real tea as you approach 30 and beyond?

Fuuuuuuaaaarrrkk.

Pains and aches are to be expected but not to the degree you're describing and especially not in your early 30s. Sounds more like sh*t genetics and poor life choices.

You should have aches and pain if you even have slight lifting intensity

personally I’d recommend any guy in his thirties do whatever it takes to find a trt/hgh friendly doctor. i couldn’t give less of a fuk that I’ll have to take it for life. 6 years of 60 hour work weeks of night shifts fukked my body up and this fixed me up way better than I could have ever imagined.

It sounds like your muscles are wasting away.

Eat enough protein and hit the gym.

I’m sure there are lots of variables to consider here, but in general, no.

Low dose growth is great. It makes my hair and nails grow really fast. And the recovery rate is insane. Depending on the dose. Too much gh and you get sore joints. Pro bodybuilders use 20iu and up.
