Why is that ? I still haven't reach home yet and since I am outside I decided to go to the mall, and I thought I was going to pass out in the store because I feel so sleepy and tired.

Anecdotal and all I know; but a co-workers' son(mid 20s) got the vaccine and had to be rushed to the hospital for major heart issues and almost died.

I got angry today and decided I had enough. I ran upstairs and told my wife and her boyfriend that Tina (not Tim anymore, they like to deadname her/she) will be getting the covid shot. They laughed at me but little do they know I'll be taking her the next time they go out drinking. The local clinic is offering free donuts.

Her parents waited wayyy to long. We should be injecting vaccine into the amniotic sac during pregnancy. This will ensure health care workers are protected during delivery.

That's just not true. It is legislated on quite a lot actually. A big example is when union dues are a condition of employment for those that refuse to join the union or disagree with their views.

Vaccination would be a different issue to debate on, but right now the people who are demanding vaccination are bolstered by the clear bias in media reporting and censorship of alternative covid treatments.

with regards to it being coercion or a threat to require vaccinations, you don't have to look any further than the legality of it. Employers can implement any policy or condition for employment, as long as it doesn't violated any employment laws. A policy or condition of employment is not a threat or coercion. Period.

yeah you're not gonna see it any other way than how you want to see it. Refer to response above. If you don't agree with the terms of employment, it is your right to not work for them, and in turn not forced or coerced into anything. It's really not that complicated.

In the armed forces and medical field those clauses are probably there (and agreed upon by both parties prior to employment) so in THOSE cases I could understand how employees don't have a choice in the matter, but for anyone else? I doubt it.
My company basically just indicated they were investigating vaccine requirements in an HR e-mail (company is about 800 employees/independent contractors). I'm guessing a clause regarding a specific future condition of employment was a strategy used early in the year when the vaccines were brand new.

With military who knows. There's definitely a bigger sense of "deal with it or leave" to military service especially since they offer enticing benefits. The government is obviously more in lockstep with CDC guidelines and pharma influence.

I'm speaking about actual case law....lol. Just because you say (x) is a condition of employment doesn't make it acceptable or lawful. As much as you want that to be your clear cut cop-out, it isn't.

2) conditions of employment, no matter how much you disagree with them, is not a "punishment"

It doesn't violate anything unless there was a specific agreement regarding that particular condition in the first place...

Dont know what you mean by that. This is pretty much exactly what I was talking about:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Janus_v._AFSCME

Personally I think you can implicate pharmaceutical company influence and profiteering with adverse events as grounds to reject the vax, but there's alot more separation there vs. this union case that would be hard to prove. To me it's the only logical conclusion especially after major pharma corps funded a Colombia study that "debunked" ivermectin as an effective covid treatment AND hiked prices on vaccines.

The funding was from Janssen (manufactures J&J vaccine), Gilead (manufacturers Remdesivir) and Merck (Has a $1.2 billion anti-viral Covid medication pending EUA). All three companies benefit from eliminating Ivermectin as a widespread standard of care.

So for the first two, we'll have to agree to disagree. Telling someone to take the vaccine or get fired is the textbook definition of coercion unless the employee agreed to it prior to starting employment as is the case in the armed forces and/or medical fields, to me that is fact but believe what you want.

As far as it not violating anything, this doesn't make any sense - if an employer hires someone for a data entry job sitting at a desk, but then three months into their job tells them they have to go outside and dig some holes for a couple hours, based on your logic that doesn't violate the employment conditions because it was never agreed on/discussed to begin with..
I don't think it will matter since the government is pro-mandate. But I do consider it coercion, and don't believe that it can be fairly supported as a condition of employment outside of employees whose job duties involve direct work with people who are immunocompromised and therefore aren't able to be protected by vaccination to the same level as those with regular immune function.

Not all conditions of employment are legal and allowed. Under Right To Work laws your employer can't force you to join a union in order to work for them.

But somehow it is okay for an employer to require you to be vaccinated for a virus you may already have natural immunity to in order to keep/get a job that doesn't involve face to face contact with "customers" who can't be protected by vaccination for some reason?

I'm not a communist but crap like this makes me want to see the pharmaceutical industry taken over and nationalized.

Your money or your life is something that armed robbers say. Health isn't the right place for blatant unbridled profiteering.

It's not though. You can't just keep saying that it is and think that makes you right... I would agree with you if there was a "no vaccine required" document that was signed by both parties at time of employment, and then the employer changed it, it would at least be a breach of contract

Actually when employed, you are given an outline of responsibilities and expectations. The employer cannot just change these duties, and would be found in breach of contract.

Covid would have to be ravishing children for me to give my child an experimental drug.

1. This Covid vaccine (so far)
2. The flu shot
3. And I wouldn’t get my daughter the HPV vaxx if was in question.

Other than those I’m pro vaxx. I’m sure there’s more sketchy examples but those are the 3 I’m against atm personally. I’ve had the flu one time in the past 30 years (since I quit getting the shot) prior had flu several times. All of this is anecdotal (minus Covid vaxx maybe) of course, but I can’t imagine based on the current statistics why any parent would let their child get this one right now.
This body holding me, be my reminder here that I am not alone.
Makes me feel eternal, all this Pain is an Illusion.

The Chinese did something to this virus and unfortunately all you people are acting so tough it's gonna hit you right in the face one day. Don't forget, many many viruses live dormant in the body for many years before they suddenly come back to life in a very harsh way.
The vax won’t stop you from getting covid tho and I honestly think the virus was designed to do exactly what it did kill off people who are already incredibly old and overweight and close to death to deal with overpopulation in canada

Your money or your life is something that armed robbers say. Health isn't the right place for blatant unbridled profiteering.

Trust me I'm with you. I'm increasingly anti-capitalist as well which of course raises the question that you must be socialist/communist. A false dialectic.

I've gotten really into the "third position" and looking into alternate systems of government. Truth is, capitalists/bankers have absolutely ravaged the freedoms and opportunities of the common man for centuries.
