I've been with BoA for over 15 years and have never had a problem. The only thing that made me a little weird were the 3x I've traveled outside the county and didnt set "travel notifications" and used my card with no problems. I assumed someone from the fraud department would call or it would at least get declined....but nope.

Been with BoA for over 15 years.

I've been in a branch 3x in the last 10 years.....b/c for 7 of those years I lived in a state or outside of the continental US where there wasn't even a branch. My checks get DD and I can use any ATM (yes, It costs like $3 but who gives a fuk)

One of those times was to open a joint account with my wife (separate from our own accounts and she uses a credit union that I refused to go with because their app sucks)
Another time was to pull out $7k to buy my track car project
The 3rd time was to deposit $2k of the initial $7k I pulled out that I didn't spend.

That's it. All other interaction are done on the web/app/atm.

See above. Are you being intentionally obtuse or are you actually dense? You’re bitching about customer service, but how often do you ever even have to deal with your fukking bank?

Schwab is by far the best bank ...heard good things about fidelity too

I am a BOA customer but if I forget to keep my account with $1500 they charge $14.99 monthly maintenance fee
(these are my opinions i am not a licensed broker by trade)
