Here in the US, guaranteed someone will get shot/killed if they do that. I bet you in Russia - where elementary school kids know how to use an AK - there are more non-lethal road rage encounters compared to the US.

Additionally trucks can't stop like a car can, likewise with a bus. Much safer to hit the car rather than stop short and lose the trailer, load, or people that you're carrying. They also can't stop that quickly when they have speed, so sayonara.

You pull your Prius all the way to the right of the lane on a busy road to make a left like you're swinging an 18-wheeler wide and don't know if you're gonna make it and back traffic up for 1/2 a mile while you wait for the opposing traffic to clear and no one can get around you... I should be allowed to smash your Duracel powered clown car into next week.
You even hesitate at a roundabout because you're an indecisive moron I should be allowed to assist you through this simple traffic negotiation that seems to be giving you PTSD.
