It depends on education and Westernization. If you don't speak Mandarin then they have to be fluent in English and that pretty much guarantees a very small % of women.

Exactly this. My wife was born in the US, her parents were born in China. Wife is an American attorney, she sort of knows the Chinese holidays and food and such, but not really. That's important to her mom. Not really her. Our kids probably won't give two shts and certainly won't segregate around other Hans.
