Apparently "natural immunity" and "99.7% survival rate" aren't SCIENCE.

I'm seeing a ton of attempted discreditation on social media for attempting to sway people other figures and instead get the vaccine.

Anyone who's had COVID will have protection and build antibodies for years according to studies.

Also, when you mention the survival rate for COVID without pre-existing conditions, then that's somehow insensitive and "not accurate"

The word "science" is now being misconstrued and twisted to fit a narrative that only pertains itself to the vaccine and not others things.

A seropositive antibody test should suffice in place of a vaccine card any place that is thinking of requiring that. The vaccine is to build the antibodies that you get from fighting the disease without actually having to have the disease, but people who have gone through it the hard way do have the same immunity.

The thing too is that the vaccine is being touted as almost a "cure" -- but yet, still leaves you susceptible to getting COVID but lessens the harshness of the virus.

"Science" means something different to these people. Cultural Marxism is what they mean by Science, at this point.

"Trust the science" is an anti-science statement. Science is meant to be under constant scrutiny, always being tested and improved upon.
These people think science is based on THEIR narcissistic versions of morality. They probably don't even remember what the scientific method is.

To wit, people who say these things are not coming from a place of intellectual sincerity in any way, shape, or form. There is no good faith in their interactions. It's all agenda and radicalized ideology, and most don't even realize it.

100% this.

That’s why Trump can say “treatment with hydroxychloroquine looks promising. We aren’t sure but preliminary findings are promising so that’s something worth looking into” and people absolutely lose their minds…

Meanwhile Biden can say “if you get vaccinated you can’t catch covid” and they don’t say a single word about it.

"they don’t say"

Who is "they", those of us who knew what 95% Pfizer 94% Moderna, and 63% J+J knew that all 3 of those were <100%.

I don't know what's more worrying, this whole plot of using this man made virus against us or the amount of idiots blindly believing what's being spoon fed to them in the mainstream news

but then against this has been going on for quite a while, it just feels more personable now since its at the footsteps of us all

Reasonable, more than some at least.

Not entirely sure I agree, the 'immunity' seems to work on a different level between the two. Maybe I'm biased, but from what I've seen NI trumps vaccination by quite a bit.

Does anyone have concrete or solid information that the vaccine(s) for-sure make symptoms lighter? I do think that information is out there, so this isn't me trying to be coy and ask for things I don't think people will provide, but I am curious what those figures look like.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Not everyone put on weight, but a large survey from earlier this year said 42% of Americans admitted putting on weight during the pandemic. Average weight gain among them.....29 pounds. Let that sink in. While trying to avoid a virus that especially goes after obese people. No doubt a bunch of people went from "could lose a few pounds" to "wtf." Restrictions and shunned social activity in many places creating more victims.

MSM, social media, politicians, members of this board, and countless others rambled on and on about how irresponsible it was for Trump to say that. “Leaders need to be careful when they use their platform to speak”, etc., etc…. meanwhile Biden says absurd sh!t all the time and it’s just “he’s old and crazy so it’s ok. Of course we know vaccinated people can still get covid”.

We also know that the 'rona is dangerous to those with several comorbidities and those that are 80+. I don’t think there’s really any way to know how effective they are, how long that effectiveness lasts, and how it will hold up against different variants. The most obvious example I can think of for the superiority of natural immunity is the hospitalization rates in the UK. Less than 6 months after vaccines roll out and we’re already up to >40% of the people in the hospital being fully vaccinated and still rekt by the virus. Haven’t seen the numbers, but I imagine if it was anything even remotely close to 10% of hospitalizations being from people who are experiencing their 2nd bout with covid it would be all over the news. Plus Geert had a good breakdown on why natural immunity is superior to the immunity acquired from the types of vaccines we’re using.

i literally feel sick seeing the stupidity that is going on right now
just argued with a guy on instagram who completely believes 95-99% of hospitalized people are unvaccinated and many already had covid before and this is a reinfection

Like how fukking stupid and mindless do you have to be to think this information is true? And there are thousands of these people. They literally think the covid vaccine is the savior and answer to all of covids problems and they LITERALLY think unvaccinated people are killing people every single day.

Like fuk stupidity is taking over the world.

The real misinformation being thrown around by vaccinated people is complete insanity. Just 100% nonsense. Theres no logic reasoning or facts behind any of it.
