When you start seeing wealthy people getting into chit like that, it’s time to run for the hills IMHO. If you’re looking to ride their waves, that’s a risky af game to play

Definitely not making my investment based on that. I’m already on the boat lol. Just pointing out that it was an interesting buy.

The data we get is so delayed/if even accurate, it doesn’t really matter anyway.

Could be a good indicator if you're already in but yeah I wouldn't be making first moves based on that either

Used the same reasoning before the recent crypto dump. When I started seeing confirmed 1%ers on this forum pumping actual chitcoins, that felt like a strong peak signal and it has played out that way (so far)

Yeah it can be kicked down the road a while and understand it’s rigged.
What are chances they are still even holding they could have sold on top.

Read up on synthetic shares.

They could be hiding position in deep ITM puts etc.

Game is rigged and nothing will ever be done with it.

They have time on their side.

Retail will lose interest if you invested life savings into GME / AMC eventually you will need that money out.

That rich guy that needs to cover is not down to his last $5 needing to cover AMC. He will have rich other friends that can lend hand.

Oh lawd. Bitcoin and ethereum is the only way(if in it long term) lol. There was one of those pump and dump coins that a lot of miscers lost a lot on if I’m remembering right.

That’s why I’m saying the data we get is delayed and likely inaccurate.

Currently supposedly

Short Interest: 18.45%
Utilization: 94.42%
Shares On Loan: 105.38 million

No doubt. We will just have to see how long they keep it up for in this market. Spy at ath week after week, repo demand over 1 trillion. And it’s likely retail will lose interest but maybe not.

You don’t think anything will ever be done regarding pfof, naked/synthetics, and off exchange/dark pool trading?

I find it unlikely, given things like Yellen getting 7.2 million from Citadel for mostly zoom/Skype speeches. The corruption runs deep. Just sucks.

I have no clue if they will manage to pass any regulation and sec actually does something.

TBH It feels like way too many big players would get burned.

Its a massive web that would touch all the 1%.

They have everyone in their pocket.

I realize it was different circumstances but they thought the same in 08. But yeah got bailed out. Few took the fall. They literally are all intertwined.

I haven’t even been on superstonk, but I’ll check that out when I can.

Legit doesn't make any sense

I don't think the shift to "greener" tech will improve anything either. China has a borderline monopoly on the entire eco ecosystem (hehe) from rare earths to manufacturing solar panels and batteries, and the economics of it all likely depends on China's low cost angle

We'll struggle to build mines for anything over here and our labour costs etc will never be competitive, so best case scenario will likely be switching out our OPEC+ energy overlords for Beijing

I don't think a lot of people realize green energy isn't as green as people think. Like Chinese manufacturing of solar panels uses coal. It'll be greener at some point in the future, but it's not right now.

Could probably bring up the disposal side of it as well, which seems to be largely ignored at the moment in terms of both environmental impact and cost

Spacs have gotten absolutely RINSED this week from positive earnings. IMO do not buy calls. Thank fuk I sold 7.5C against my PAYO shares. They beat estimates and raised guidance and got a 10% haircut. Ex-SPAC won’t win this week it seems.

I don't understand what's going on with Proterra. Valuation seemed incredibly cheap at the time and they actually have solid battery tech and busses on the road but the market isn't reacting well for some reason. Another solid Chamath PIPE is MP, they're up around 40 bucks right now. One of the best performing de-spacs that has sustained its run.

I might check out PTRA tomorrow. I’m pretty much fully hedged on PAYO down to 7.5 but I’m thinking it should hold 8.50 or $9. My $10 calls will expire worthless and I’ll close out the 7.5 calls once I’m certain weak retail hands are out and the market itself isn’t going to dump all the small caps. Feels weird having $2,500 in premiums on one company lmao

Bought 200 warrants at $2 just in case the shares head back to $10 before I can unload the CCs

Proterra had that lame report about their busses sucking when they were first put into use in Philly. Those were a super old model and their current buses are far superior and Biden is gonna show them the $$$ in his infrastructure bill. Seems like an incredibly easy play on that alone. How many cities are going to put in giant orders.

Sorry for double post this forum sucks and couldn’t fit it in one.
