Way better now, but only because I learned how to diet/train properly. Would have looked better 10 years ago with that NW0 hairline if I knew what I do now

10 years ago probably overall worse; younger but fat. Spent 2012 losing a lot of weight.

3 years ago[ish] in good shape and think I looked better than now. I tried to hang on to the progress I'd made and didn't manage it. Didn't gain a lot; not as fit though.

Me 10 years ago and me today is such a big change. Still definitely a better body now than then.

Pretty much look the same. Not so much for some of my peers.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

10 years ago obviously. The only way that wouldn't be true for most people is if they're still very young or lost a lot of weight/got fit later in life.

Only 25 now but haven't gotten a compliment from a random woman since I lost my hair crew.

Guess I have done a decent job of filling out shirts and whatever since 20yo, but man, having an egg for a head is apparently not it.

I was 14 a decade ago, but I will say I looked slightly better at 20-22 than I do now at 24 (almost 25). I just looked more like a pretty boy than I do now. My skin looked a little more youthful, my facial hair capabilities were limited. Now I can grow a full beard and it makes me look older, if I don’t shave for a day and a half or two I have a thick stubble that appears. So the activated hair follicles in my face seem to have aged me a couple of years, generally I sport a Van Dyke goatee, but sometimes I’ll grow a full beard. Also when I was 20-22 I was quite lean, so my face was more defined, I was like 12% bodyfat, now I’m probably like 18% but I’m cutting my body fat down again. Aiming for 12% range within the next 6-8 months.

I think it’s common for man in their 40’s to go through a dad bod phase then around 50 hit mid life crisis and get back into shape/clean up their looks

I think I've aged but when I look at younger pics of myself in my mid 20s I looked puffier, more muscular but I was doing more powerlifting. I still retained a lot of my muscle due to diet and training consistency.

I do get some bags under my eyes (thanks Mom) now. Grays definitely coming in. I feel my grooming and personal style habits have improved which helps with preserving your looks. It would have been cool to learn them earlier but I'm not dreading aging or *GASP* looking my age!

Objectively from my POV. A lot of women would say they don't want a skinny twink though.

I get most attention now (late 20s).
I think late 20’s to 30’s many men finally β€œfill” out their body’s and their faces become more masculine and it looks better

If it weren't for your obsession with getting shredded you'd probably look exactly the same.

I look better now without question. I get a lot more attention from women nowadays both younger and older. I do pay a lot more attention to my health now though, lift x5 per week, moisturize, vit/minerals etc. When I was 23 the only thing I was interested in was partying, cared very little for much else.

10 years ago, because duh getting older. I was fatter back then though.

I'd say I probably looked my best aged 25 -> 35.
