Nursing fleeing hospitals in packs (Dead Srs)

Every hospital here in maricopa county is on a 9 hour wait for lobby patients and like 1 hour for ambos.

I asked two different charge nurses at ERs why they are leaving . They don’t want to take the jab. And the others are quitting because they are short staffed. Lol at liberals

My wife's a nurse in socal at big hospital. Doesn't want it along with lots of other nurses. Needs to be a choice.

My brother, a new RN, is going to be paid $60/hr as a first year RN at his hospital because they're that understaffed at the moment.

It has nothing to do with the virus. It's lazy people that still are getting money from the government that don't want to work that's causing a "surge" for hospital staff.

Nope. They’ll just be replaced by cheaper staff.

Hospitals are already doing this. They’re replacing the $$$ MD’s with cheaper PA/NP/CRNAs.

I mean, fuk, NPs can now practice independently. Medical school graduates aren’t matching to residency because of this bullchit, and are stuck with no career and $300k+ of student debt.

Quality of care will go down, but profits wont.

I don't know about nurses, but my wife's a resident physician and she's gotta take the jab by Sept. 1st or get a weekly PCR test. She even mentioned that if she caught COVID while remaining unvaccinated that they'd fire her, although I don't know how true that is. As a medical student myself, I'm in a similar predicament. However, I don't have the option of getting a weekly test. The hospital where I just got stationed threw the mandate on me last minute, and I've been attending without an ID badge for the last two weeks. I don't know how much longer I can hold out boyos...

You would think of all people nurses would be the first in line to get vaccinated. I'd really like to hear their reasons on why they refuse to get vaccinated. Is it because they are witnessing vaccinated people checking into the hospital with more severe covid symptoms??
