Working out in the morning is the GOAT

brb no wait time for equipment cus no gymshark h0mos doing 45 sets of cable flies

brb no hard time sleeping cus took 6 scoops of PWO to deadlift at 9pm

brb go the rest of the day feeling like a maximum testosterone god

one downside though is no gym sloots checking out your pump in the mirrors

Yes.

When you lift, you don't need any sloots.

When you rest, also you don'T need any sloots.

Only when you are bored, maybe.

Working out in the morning is the GOAT

My gym schedule has been arrival at ~1pm for a long time now.

Coincidentally, this week I am trying to permanently shift that to 11am.

I realize this thread is probably more about going to the gym in the 5am-9am hours, but 11am is still "morning".

I recently had to change my schedule and work out around 11am instead of 5pm.

upper body is ok but damn squatting in the morning while almost starving is no joke.
hopefully I'll get used to it but so far weights feels a lot heavier and I can't put the intensity I should.

Been lifting at 5AM for years. Can't imagine training at 5PM again. Feels great to lift and get it done for the day.

Follow-up to previous post:

Today was my second day getting to the gym ~11am (1115 this morning).

Got back from gym about 15 mins ago.

Today was Deadlift/Deadlift accessory, direct core, and direct arm work. Only major difference I noticed is I felt like I needed more warming up than usual.

I need to write this down and leave it out for reminder. Slootery has distracted me since I was 11 years old.
