Wake up with headache and hangover NOT DRINKING

So, generally, I wake up with a headache and hangover type feelings even when I don't drink alcohol. I don't even drink much alcohol all that regularly.

It feels like dehydration and lethargy and it doesn't go away all that easily.

Anybody else get this? I have searched the net and I suppose Apnea is possible.

Any other ideas?

Thanks.

Take NAC
N-acetylcysteine, also known as NAC, is one of the best supplements you can use to combat your hangover and the negative effects of alcohol on your body. NAC increases your body's ability to produce glutathione, which is an antioxidant that can reduce the toxicity causing your painful hangover.
I can confirm it helps a lot

You won't find it on Amazon cause I think big pharm trying to get it off the market and Amazon is in on that.

Yeah, better to just get less sleep than take that stuff honestly.

try finishing your day with 16oz of water right before bed (srs)

I used to do 32oz EVERY night.... might get back on it.

yeah, it might make you pee in the night.... but at least you wake up feeling good.

You'd be surprised how hydration helps your body while sleeping.
