Should Indians have their own subforum?

As we know insane amount of people from India ignores BASIC RULES of places like this.
Because this place is slowly going to be a big rubbish bin for useless threads I think that moderators should split this forum. One part for Indians only and the second part would be for the rest of the world.
I think it will be great for people who are trying to get decent help without digging in thousands of similar threads.
You see I am also an Indian, and I would be missing on the major interesting and helpful discussions here and maybe vice versa. Its not all Indians. I agree it maybe mostly Indians, but I have frequently seen people from other countries too posting silly things and spamming here that I won't want to see.
But again, I am a moderator on Stackoverflow and Coursera, and also active on reddit. It doesn't happen there.
There is nothing about racism, I am not trying to disrespect any nationality, simply too many indians are on this forums.

Let me know what is your opinion.
