Wear a mask if you want to wear a mask. Get vaccinated if you want to get vaccinated. But the focus should be on overall health, and the fact that it isn’t should tell you that this isn’t about health. Unlike the vaccine, the effectiveness of vitamin D and zinc don’t seem to rapidly decrease over time. Exercising and maintaining a healthy weight don’t lose effectiveness. They also don’t result in blood clots or autoimmune disorders(and actually help with those things). Not to mention we don’t even know the full extent of the impact of these vaccines over years and decades, while we do know the impact of eating healthy, exercising, and maintaining healthy levels of vitamins…and it’s all good.



Like I said though, if you want to get the vaccine get the vaccine. Have fun with your quarterly boosters. So what if we’re still breaking records for heart disease and cancer. At least those people aren’t dying of covid, and at the end of the day isn’t that what really matters?

Being in shape puts you in a much better position to fight off covid(and lots of other infectious diseases)and not spread it to others. Meanwhile someone who is vaccinated can easily spread it to your grandma(who for some reason isn’t vaccinated) so not sure why you chose that point to argue.
