6’ 270. About 20-22% bf right now. Come a long way from being over 300.

I didn’t get a fever, but temp was elevated for a few days. I had some chills, some joint aches, general fatigue and malaise….nothing too serious. I didn’t take anything to help with the symptoms since I didn’t know what would make Covid worse or not.

The worst part was the sore throat that came after, I had that for about 4 days. Had to take menthol throat lozenges to be able to swallow comfortably. Oh, and the lack of taste and smell. It started coming back last week, had Covid about 3 weeks ago.

Yeah, you’re probably right. 85-88 is about as low as I would wait.

I bought my oximeter off Amazon.

Stop getting medical advice from freaks on the internet, please go seek professional advice.

Miscers be like "oh your arm fell off? Take 50mg of zinc, 20mg of magnesium, 15mg of vitamin D, exactly 12.5mg of potassium every 12 hours with a meal containing 40g of protein and then on the spring equinox make sure you add an extra 50mg of iron".

Miscers are literally just hippy chicks but replace chakras with vitamins.

Funny how we forgot about Mono... that stuff knocked out some of my buddies back in high school. He played football and was very fit, but drank from someone else's dirty water bottles and got it

I’ve had several patients die in the last several weeks from COVID. Ages 37 and 42 both healthy guys. I sent another 30 year old from my urgent care to the ER my last shift after he was 87% SAO2 and sounded horrible. I hope he makes it.

My good friend runs the ICU and says there are dozens of people dying right now crying that they should have gotten vaccinated.

Pulse Oximeters are like $20 at CVS. We send 92% or lower to the hospital.

Which treatment are you talking about?

Once again, listen to the experts not random freaks online who sell you snake oil.

I find it interesting about the appetite (losing appetite). My brother had it really bad for 20 days or so... but he gained like 10bs because other than sleep, he wanted to eat... especially ice cream.

He actually contemplated going to ER but never did...

He says main symptoms were tired as fuk and fever. Felt like he'd rather wet the bed than get out of bed to piss. So tired...

It's been 5 months and he acts differently. He is normal but it's almost like he aged 10 years mentality. Ded srs... he's my only non lib sibling. Just sayin

lol i just saw a clip on tv of some dude saying that he would rather get his info online and follow that instead of the doctors.

my neighbor a few doors down just went to the hospital earlier today. not sure how severe it is but cant be great if he elected to go to the ER. hes in his late 40s so we'll see how he fares

In Australian news there is no mention of Zinc, Ivermectin is banned, any conversation of any treatment other than vaccine is suppressed or outright banned. Natural immunity and strengthening your immune system and general health is not being talked about AT ALL. They are still locking down whole cities over a few cases 2 years in ffs.

When someone dies that hasn't been vaccinated, they make a point to mention it. When someone dies that was recently vaccinated, they will say "but they had significant underlying conditions". They poison the water with these types of tactics, it's how they spread fear and control the public perception.

Literally none of this has anything to do with experts. You're confusing politicians and the media with doctors which is probably why this is a political issue for you.

If you have a medical issue don't ask freaks online, don't ask politicians, don't go to the newspaper - seek out professional advice. It's not that hard.

I don’t work at that level of care so I am not that familiar with the practices although I have been told Bipap is preferred and it’s been very hard to get people off of ventilators so they are really a last resort besides ECMO.

I used to do ER and intubate on the daily but that was before Covid.

Idgaf if anyone thinks I’m fraudin. I saw 1151 patients last month mostly Covid rapid tests and I have seen several decompensate.
