Mirin

Double double with animal style fries

Wood eat/10 but not sure it's worth a 200 mile drive though, considering the cost of gas and your time spent.

im done with those days for now

I spent so many years already shoveling food down my throat

now I am eating when im hungry and eating small portions, usually each meal is about 50g protein 50g carbs and I have 2 meals a day usually that are 0 carb so I am really only eating about 350-400g protein, 200g carbs and 60g fat most weekdays. Then on the weekend now I intuitively eat so ill have like 4 bigger meals usually about 100g protein 100g carbs, and ill throw in a cheat meal each day.

I just found with my muscle level now, and my ability to lift at a very advanced level because I am extremely focused on the science of actual lifting and being the best lifter possible, that I can gain mass on lower calories. And as the added benefit now I stay pretty peeled year round.

Right now im 265, I cut down to 255 keeping protein high so I had no muscle loss, then just leveled off the food and been slowly building up while still slowly leaning down more. I have striated glutes, a deep vacuum, veins popping out everywhere and everyone keeps asking me if im getting ready for a show, but in reality im just not pushing food for the first offseason in years lol.

I mean theres more to it than that I have a very advanced knowledge of supplements and such as well and know how to manipulate my body and use fasted cardio and supplements to really maximize fat loss and insulin sensitivity.
