Is sleep for puccies

or brave people. Could go either way imo

On one hand you had to get rest which is a sign of weakness

On the other hand you went into the unknown state of dreaming and are kind of defenseless phyiscally when sleeping, so its somewhat brave to sleep

Sleep is for alphas. Look at what lions do with most of their time. dozing with their nuts hanging out wide open in a field.

Meanwhile the mouse is up 24/7 nervous af, never resting because he's a scared little poosy.

Sharks sleepwalk. They know nothing will touch them. It's like driving down the highway blindfolded, middle finger out the window and not giving a fook. Alpha af

In all seriousness, I need to see a sleep specialist. I can only sleep for 20 minutes at a time, usually two hours combined over an 8 or 9 hour period. Been this way for years. No stimulants or drugs being used.

David Goggins says he does the same, like 3-4 hours sleep and he trains all the time for ultramarathons.

I don't know how people do that but I also don't know how people lay in bed and get shuteye on demand either
