Pfizer vaccine contract stipulates third-party testing is not allowed?

Can anyone confirm? I knew that the formula or at least part of it was proprietary. But can they really outlaw people testing their products? If so, is it merely because they are protecting their property or is there another reason I haven't thought of? Also, is this common practice when new drugs come onto the market? Reps for sources. Also....

Yes of course. Someone somewhere will undoubtedly test it and I'm sure they already have. But I'm more interested in the process and if it's normal.

Vaccine companies aren't interested in making money they are trying to help people. Crazy conspiracy theorist. They are the one industry that spontaneously evolved genuine ethics in the zero sum game of capitalism. If only other businesses could be as great as pharma.
