The Handmaiden
A Tale of Two Sisters
Night in Paradise

If you don't mind drama check out Lee Chang-Dong's stuff, one of the best directors today

Bought it, yeah no pirate, from amazon like $10. Octopus porn jokes aside, the trailer did look pretty cool. Will watch this weekend maybe, thanks OP

The ending is 10 out of 10, srs. Whole movie is just so good and emotional as well.

Always pick 4 crew

Poverty student crew
Blue eyes crew
Negging bronies on sight crew

Is it just me that prefers subtitled movies? Even when it's in English I'll put the subtitles on so I don;t miss anything.

Just wrapped it, not bad at all. Main character had tons of quiet charisma, fairly obnoxious bad guys, some beautiful sets, etc. I did suffer from Westernitus, not knowing anything about the history of what was happening, but it was evident what was going on even if I didn't grasp the full nuance.

Good but not mind-blowing action and I think what this movie needed to really push it into "Awesome!" territory would have been some truly exceptional action sequences. We got close a couple of times but never near "the Raid" levels. My guess, the main actors involved were actually actors and not action guys.

Overall a good movie, I'd go around 6.5/10 range. I enjoyed it, it was fun, do not feel any strong urge to revisit it.

Thanks to OP, always on the lookout for good recommendations like this that might not hit my radar otherwise.

Awesome show. Started off slow setting the scene. But when the actual intense battles and fights started...wow. It was scary and tense as phuck when you heard the roaring and the trees started shaking (you know the scene.)

Someday? Someday my dream will come? One night you will wake up and discover it never happened. It's all turned around on you. It never will. Suddenly you are old. Didn't happen, and it never will, because you were never going to do it anyway.
