What exactly is everybody's plan here?

Masks are largely ineffective in most social scenarios, the viral particles can float around in the air for >1 hour, and vaccines don’t keep people from contracting or spreading the virus. How exactly would any of those things cause it to die out?

I'm not one of these guys who screams the vaccine is depopulation serum or designed to murder billions... BUT, just looking at it skeptically...

a) we know there are some autoimmune issues with most/all of them, not to mention blood clots, heart issues, etc
b) some doctors have suggested the more often you're jabbed the more pronounced these issues will be (a build up)

Meaning, and this is a hypothesis and not me saying 100%, but right now we're only seeing issues with people who get a couple jabs with those who are unlucky or perhaps predisposed to having issues. On a personal note, everyone I spoke with who had mild sides (sore arms, tired, nothing serious) but they all commented the second shot was worse than the first.

What if this is true? At some point, being jabbed for the 3rd or 4th time, more and more you will be seeing bad side effects and more often. Those people who felt fine for rounds 1 & 2 might end up with blood cloths, a bout of hopefully temporary bells palsy, heart attack or worse. If it gets common enough, even controlling the world's media, most politicians, big tech platforms, the purse strings of most doctors and such - even then at some point, people will see with their own damn eyes and jump ship to the other side.

It sucks and I hope it's wrong and these vaccines are not harmful, but if enough people get hurt or worse, eventually the masses will wake up.

Masks and social distancing brought the numbers all the way down. Once those were removed, numbers exploded.

Do I think we should destroy the economy and take away everyone's rights to protect 1% of the population? No, I think the greater good at this point is to treat it like the flu and move on with our lives.

There are a lot of factors involved, finding some correlation and just assuming that is the be-all-end-all reason? That's not trusting the science, my friend.

Social distancing, IMO, is helpful. I don't think masks do much of anything, particularly the ones and ways in which 99.9% of people wear them. Studies support this, with the usual blue-job you see (which is not biodegradable) being something around 10% effective. Needs to be a proper mask and properly fit before you really see it blocking a tiny little virus.

IMO, society can not afford to shut down again. If someone is at risk, they probably want to be smart/safe. Everyone else, be careful and if you get sick, be smart and self-quarantine, head to the ER if your breathing gets bad. Get one of those blood oxygen testers at a local pharmacy.

I think we learned fairly well - over time locking down did not do much, it tends to delay the inevitable spread. If it's going to spread, protect the people who are most at risk and better it spread amongst the population with almost no odds of major problems and make sure there is space for everyone to get medical attention if they need it. Best we can do.

One of my brothers got one dose and ended up in the ICU cause his immune system started attacking his organs. His primary care doctor told him not to get the second dose cause it might kill him.

Again, masks do very little for the most part in tons of social environments. Social distancing may help some, but if the viral particles I breathe out can stay in the air for over an hour then it won’t stop the spread. It will lessen the viral load which will help, but again it won’t stop the spread and continuation of the virus. Not to mention we can’t afford to shut down(or even run at 1/2 to 1/4 capacity) restaurants and all other public businesses again.
