Lol , military bases now requiring proof of vaccination for contractors

My foreman just got an email from the company that the military bases will require proof of vaccination for contractors to work.

Lmao , let’s see how long this lasts

Brb everybody on my jobsite is saying they refuse the jab

Wouldn’t be suprised when they try to enforce this if the guy who’s supposed to be verifying this , whether at the gate , in a contractors office or the foreman himself , doesn’t ask for proof and just marks everyone on the job as vaccinated lol

I worked at the US embassy in Iraq from 2019 all the way up until February this year. The state department made vaccination mandatory by the end of August, so I decided to call it quits. Chit got so stupid there as I was leaving.

Now I have buddies there that they essentially locked in their room and can't even go shopping for basic necessities or get their own food until they leave.

Sucks for him. Im a contractor that works on base and they havent mandated the jab. Right now just mask.

My company has asked me a few times if I wanted to set up an appointment to get it and I just politely declined. They dont bug me about it at all.
