only used to drink "zero" or diet versions which were trace calories - but I've noticed even those don't come without side effects

1) Huge bloating with carbonated drinks
2) Still ****s your teeth
3) Nowhere near as good at hydration as god-tier water
4) I'm sure sweetners and artificial flavourings are still bad somehow - but im not sure.

Quantify this... I look forward to hearing about your studies.

OP I agree. The status of bloatlords in this country is sickening. While we simultaneously pretend we're a country that values health. Most people don't value their own health, eat like chit, no exercise that isn't mandatory(like walking through the parking lot). But they expect everyone else to.

It's amazing the human body can tolerate such disregard for health for so long. In a perfect world, the heart defeats these bloatlords before they reproduce.

1. depends on the individual, and how much you drink
2.no evidence unless you drink it in ridiculous quantities and never rinse out our mouth
3. pretty much is 99% water with tiny bit of flavourings and sweeteners, actually works better than water for managing hunger
4.Aspartame is the most researched foodstuff in history and has no proven links to any disorders , again like anything including water over consumption is not beneficial
people often quote the famous Rat Study where they developed cancer from aspartame..........to get the same dose as the rats you would have to drink 500 Cans of Diet drink!....you would have died of water poisoning immediately long before you got to that number

like anything moderation is everything

I always keep some zero calorie soda on hand for when those carbonation cravings hit. They've basically perfected it to the point where you can barely tell the difference between zero cal and the regular stuff. A&W zero sugar is pretty much the same... also no caffeine.

No, I didn't... fukin retard can't even keep track of who you are replying to.

You said the pollution of living in a big city is more harmful than a can of pepsi... I'm not saying you're wrong, but making claims with no foundation is a great way to let everyone know you're a fukin retard.

Make my own with cold brewed green tea, stevia, lemon juice and sometimes add cranberry or pomegranate juice.

I carbonate the fuk outta it and its the GOAT srs, and cheap as fark if you dont count my time (which is little).

make 8 liters of tea at a time and mix 2-4L a day (family drinks also).

Most of us have been saying this from the beginning. There has been no outcry to combat obesity which is the leading cause of health issues in our country. There is a reason Asian countries had some of the lowest death tolls from COVID, and no, it's not from mask wearing. It's because they have the lowest obesity rates in the world.

Masks, lockdowns, vaccines are all stop gaps. If you want real change our country needs to embrace their own health and start taking better care of themselves. People want to shame non-vaxxers, well why not shame the overweight alcoholic nicotine addicts who strain the chit out of our healthcare industry. That is something completely in their control.

Actually the opposite is true... fat acceptance has become a thing. Fatty victimhood... none of it is their fault! It's out of their control! Fat is beautiful.

It's never been about health.

The minute they mentioned the obese as a vulnerable population to covid, immediate light switches should have flipped for people on how to combat this virus.

It's been almost 18 months since the beginning of this chit. Extreme Transformations for people could have taken place, but we are fatter than ever.

This × 100000. Diet sodas used to all taste like a sack of rotten arseholes, and they didn't have near the selection they have now. With the improvements in taste and variety you have to be absolute retard tier to still be buying full sugar sodas, especially if you drink them on the reg.

Also the new zero sugar Gatorades are GOAT. Not that g2 crap, but the newest ones. Legit taste exactly like regular Gatorade. Nothing will ever beat the taste of the powdered OG Lemon/Lime Gatorade made up double strength in dat der orange 5 gallon cooler, but these are a close second.
