Same amount of time devoted to shoulders/arms (actually more when you consider they get worked during chest/back movements also) as the entire chest and back? Sounds perfect.

Never tried a split like that. Normally just shuffle between ppl n bro split every 6-12 months. If I did do that split, I'd probably do it 2x a week and placing more volume on lagging body parts.

Serious response: Pick a split that fits your life and that you genuinely enjoy every workout and stick with it. You'll make progress on basically anything if those factors are met and your diet/rest are up to the task. I'm guessing you already know this based on your avi, and are just looking for a tiny bit of guidance on "trying something new/different to change things up" (which is totally fine and definitely helps with the monotony at times).
For the split you presented, I would just be very careful about anterior delt volume and hitting your pulling motions enough to counter the high "front" (pushing) volume. A possible fix for this would be to make your bicep-related movements on your shoulder/arm day be compound movements. Chinups and drag curls would help even out your push/pull ratio while still lighting up biceps pretty well.
I'm currently on a ****ed up split that looks like this:
A - chest/legs
B - Back/shoulders
C - Deadlift/abs/arms
With my week's rotation looking like:
A, B, off, C, off, A, off, B, A, off, C, off, B, off, - then it repeats.
I do this because I wanted a 4/week split (due to my work schedule), wanted to hit everything 1.5*/week (because I'm cutting and can't keep up with the volume of hitting everything 2*/week), and wanted reduced emphasis on DL and arms compared to what I was doing previously (thus they get hit once per week only).
It fits my current life, I enjoy every workout, and I've progressed on all major lifts in spite of being in a caloric deficit and being down 12 pounds.
It may not technically be "ideal" (as your presented split may not be), but my motivation every session is high as fukk cause I enjoy it and if you're not enjoying what you're doing then you're missing out.

Cardio and abs are done in the morning if I’m doing cardio that day or not.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Interesting so many people in here do so much work on their shoulders. Dunno why but I find that odd. Mine get hit plenty through 1-2 workouts mixed in and through bench/rows, etc.
I'd rather do PPL or Upper/Lower 4x a week personally, OP. I wouldn't spend a full day on arms.
