Seatard’s logic:

-Auditors ask for election equipment relevant to investigation
-Election officials refuse to comply with lawful subpoena
-Election officials given deadline for compliance
-Election officials use time to see what legal course of action they have to not comply

-Seatard then accuses auditors of delaying results

I'll take your word that it is simple, but that's not the issue.

The law is intended to apply equally to all parties, so while staunch partisans may feel immediate compliance is what's called for here, I don't.

And it doesn't have much to do with the audit anyway. Auditors rarely get 100% of what is possible and their findings will make note of it.

This is just more cope in preparation of the results being a flop, kinda like "muh election fraud" was in the first place. Years from now the faithful will still be calling for investigations of the audits of the investigations of the audits.

I'm guessing you didn't read the AG's report. You should, it's only 9 pages.

Problem is that the information was bought and paid for with taxpayer money at the city, county, state, and federal levels. You simply do not get to say that you will not hand over information that the public is entitled to based on the subpoena in this case or the freedom of information act in other cases. There is no "owner" to deny the information.

This is information, existing in the public sphere, belonging to the taxpayer.

Please lay out the law being equal to all partied means in your point of view? I cannot discern the meaning of the statement or how equal protection is applicable. Srs.

Subpoenas can always be contested, normally in court. That's what I mean by equal protection.

The MCBOS claims the Senate subpoena was too broad and would expose information they are required to protect. Assuming they are acting in good faith, they have a duty to protect the information and should not immediately comply.

In this case, the AG is saying that the Senate President has the full authority of the Senate when not in session. Well, great, but she can't hold the county in contempt on her own, which is why the AG can only threaten to withhold funding, not actually compel the county to produce.

The AG's report concludes:

MCBOS can “resolve the violation” within the next 30 days by, among other things,
producing the required materials; reaching a negotiated settlement with the Senate, including an
agreement as to the treatment of confidential or sensitive data that is turned over; or obtaining a
judicial resolution with the Senate.

https://www.azag.gov/sites/default/f...eport-8-26.pdf

If the county chooses to respond I'd expect the first action would be to request a stay until the senate is in session. I assume a judge having jurisdiction could also choose to take up the confidentiality issue immediately.

Regarding the audit, the results can be delayed indefinitely just by saying they are waiting on more information. But it's an audit, not an investigation. They have to chit or get off the pot. If new info becomes available in the future they can be called back to review and amend their findings.

So, I’m guessing the Ninjas aren’t going to produce their report that they lately promised would be out in August (It was originally the end of May)? These are some slow ass phuckin ninjas.

Yeah but once they do that and nothing actually happens, no more private money money train for the ninjas and they may have to get actual jobs. They are finding constant excuses to delay even releasing preliminary findings over an audit that was supposed to be finished 3+ months ago.

No one wants this to drag out. If it's a dud, it's a Dud. It's common sense to not publicly produce the IPs and mapped machine names. It'd be my concern as well. MC did not communicate that in good faith and has played games all along the way which only hurts their independence later. There are too many issues with this past election. We all know Joe is duly elected. His legal team and ground effort opened the way for the problematic conditions where Trumps people flat out failed.

No one should be adjudicating ballots like they did in these states. It is abhorrent and neither side should have their vote intention decided on with such low margins.

The truth good, bad, or indifferent needs to be shown in each and every one of these cases. Advocates claiming anything in either direction to include partisan opinions are flat wrong. Just show the truth.

It's September and the detailed census data will be out soon. I hope it lines up. Both the election and people audit happened at the same time you know...

I think we actually get to see some numbers lining up with some degree of precision to either validate what would otherwise be a voter canvass (probably why there was no MC freak out over the canvass being done or not done).

You guys are funny…this entire auditing process has been consistently delayed by opposition. It would be analogous to questioning why a verdict hasn’t been reached on a suspect while the defense withholds evidence…jf lol, srs. What point are you guys even making? Are you acknowledging that this audit has been drawn out due to non-compliance and the ignoring of two court order subpoenas? LOL!

You could tell when Hillary sent her lawyers and the election officials wouldn’t even let them audit the ballots on site that these officials had no intention of allowing this to play out unfettered.

Inaccurate by omission and by generalization.

The ENTIRE audit process wasn't delayed by the opposition, some delays were caused by those conducting the audit.

A basic example, the most recent delay was because a cyber ninja got covid.

Also, there was nothing preventing the release of what they HAD found months ago while also explaining what they hadn't found or didn't have access to.

Audits are rarely exhaustive.

But didn’t they sign non-disclosure agreements? I didn’t think you could release info haphazardly till the report was complete. I do know there was a hearing in which they did disclose some of their findings and wanted explanations (to which they stated there may be perfectly reasonable explanations), but the election officials refused to attend. Then they turned around and said it was reckless for them to make any statements without all the data and to be prepared to “defend it in court.” They simply insisted they didn’t know what they were doing even though they wouldn’t provide the requested info or equipment. They considered the audit a sham from the beginning and have treated it as such. Sham or not, it’s not up to the election officials to decide. They can always shred the audits “evidence” to pieces in court. Imagine how embarrassing that’d be for the audit team and election deniers to see that.

Ahh yes the ole collusion deflection.
Yes anyone who claimed they knew 100% Trump was guilty from the start is stupid. Same with the ones who decided the election was stolen from day 1.

Embarassing
I mean you can look at thousands of affidavits and say "no evidence" but thats what I would expect from the sorts of clowns that screamed mueller time for four years and then dont understand why no one takes their criticism seriously.

I mean here you are just proud as punch that mueller found evidence of A crime, never mind THE crime.

I still remember asking you libs over and over what specific evidence you have that the election was compromised and never got an amlnswer better than ******** ads. I couldnt evaluate the potency of muellers affidavits because he never got a single one.

I mean hell we have a time article admitting to a libtard election conspiracy and you really think the two topics are on the same level? I bet your helmet is even thicker than that other retard's.
